Non-Woven Media
2m max widthA non-woven structure with different densities on the air-entry and air-exit faces, so dust loads through the depth instead of blinding the surface. Pressure drop stays low and the sheet holds its shape through humidity swings. Standard width 180cm (160cm for ESN-35R), up to 2m, slit to the width you need.

Activated Carbon Media
2종 sheet & granularSupplied both as carbon-impregnated non-woven sheet and as granular carbon for trays and cartridges. It adsorbs NOx, SOx, hydrocarbons and the compounds behind odour; loading and grain size are matched to the adsorption capacity and airflow resistance you need. Sheet by the roll if you build your own carbon filters, cut to size if you only need refills.

Micro Glass Fibre Media
H13–U16 grades stockedThe media that decides how a HEPA or ULPA performs. Basis weight and thickness change with the grade (H13, H14, U15, U16) and face velocity, so tell us the rated flow and pressure-drop target of the filter you are building and we will pick the grade. Roll width is slit to your pleater.

Metal Lath
3종 AL / GI / STSSheet metal slit and stretched into a mesh, fitted on the air-out side so pleated media does not lay over under pressure. Aperture and gauge set the balance between airflow resistance and stiffness, so it is chosen against filter depth and face velocity. Available in aluminum, galvanised steel and stainless, cut and folded to size.

Aluminum Frame & Profile
Extruded aluminum profile and corner pieces for HEPA, ULPA and medium frames. Pick the section to match the sealing method — a channel for gel seal, a seat for gasket — and we cut lengths to your filter dimensions. Particle board and galvanised steel framing stock are available too.

Separator
Inserted between folds to hold pleat spacing constant. Aluminum for high temperature and high flow, kraft paper for general HVAC. Supplied pre-formed to pleat height (150mm, 292mm and so on); if you are moving to hot-melt mini-pleat construction, we carry the bead adhesive as well.

Gasket & Sealant
Everything that stops a filter leaking: neoprene gasket in tape and moulded form for the frame-to-housing joint, polyurethane sealant for potting the media into the frame, and sealing gel for gel-seal channels. Thickness and hardness are chosen against how much the housing compresses.

PVC Mesh Fabric
The PVC mesh used in washable filters for fan coil units and room air conditioners. It keeps its shape through washing and resists mould, so it stands up to repeated cleaning. Supplied by the roll in black and white, cut to frame size.
